It’s that time of year. We reflect, we shop, and we eat! 2011 is one for the books for the Jared Blake crew. We are eager to get into 2012 and the future we can build together. For today, we get back to our families and wish our friends happiness and togetherness for the coming week. From my family to yours, Merry Christmas!

Carly was surprised last week with a birthday phone call from Jared telling her that she was coming to Nashville, TN for a 3-day trip, and he was planning it all for her! After the screams and tears of joy subsided, Carly was whisked away with her parents to meet up with Jared at The Hermitage Hotel. The days were filled to the brim with touring the town, attending writers nights, recording in the studio with Jared, and even starring in his upcoming live music video! ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP! Jared Blake loves a good motorcycle ride, but more than that, when he also gets to help others! When Jared was asked to lead the Lone Star Rally’s “Freedom Ride” for Soldiers’ Angels, it was an instant “YES!”. This past weekend in Galveston, TX, Jared followed the ride witha stage performance where he opened up singing the National Anthem and then gave rally attendees a freeshow on the Jagermeister Stage….see photos -11/8/2011
IT’S THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER, AND THAT MARKS A SPECIAL DATE FOR JARED BLAKE FANS.
Jared Blake got labeled the rockin’ country guy on NBC’S THE VOICE singing competition. He’s also delivering it in his new song “Don’t Mind”. The self-scribed title is now available on Itunes, Amazon, and other online retailers. The first song choice on his current album in progress was chosen by his fans as a “thank you” for watching andcontinuing to support him.
He was introduced to producer, Marc Eric, when first returning to Nashville. Eric desired to work with Blake after watching a couple episodes of the show. “My producer happened to know my guitar player and randomly started discussing how he wanted to work with me. Chris [Sorensen], also co-writer of the song, told him that he would set it up. A relationship grew, and Marc really worked with the vision we all had for the song. A lot of hardwork later, we are all happy with the outcome and excited to get it out there.”, stated Jared.
Jared is continuing to balance touring and recording with plans to release his new album early 2012.
